UPW Guest Lecture Session ( English Version)

Hello Guys !!
       In this blog I will tell / review when we all UPW class (Travel Tourism Business) the arrival of a special Guest Lecture namely Pa Berry Berkel Satria or commonly called pa Berry.  So, this pa Berry came from Banyuwangi, East Java.  He is a Tour Guide in the Banyuwangi area, Ijen Crater, Bromo.
       Pa Berry doesn't have a tourism background / he doesn't study the world of tourism.  But he can be a tour guide that is quite famous, even his own income reaches 17 million / month.  Pa Berry's early career in the world of tourism was because he was jealous of his friends who migrated to Bali and when he returned to his hometown with his friends from other Country .  He made his jealousy become a motivation for himself to be better.
        Then Pa Berry began to learn a little about tourism and English.  Initially pa Berry only learned Basic English and then became a pro hehehe.  Then he made a Website (www.not-onholiday.com).  Now the website is quite famous because the tourists like the style of guide Pa Berry, then they give a review to his friends that he is a cool guide and not boring.  That is why his website has become famous among tourists who want to travel in Indonesia, especially in the Ijen and Bromo crater area.
     The first time Pa Berry entered the UPW hall I was a bit surprised because he was very tall hehehe ... because I met people who were tall and were immediately fascinated wkwkkw.  Pa Berry looks very calm and still shy when telling stories and giving motivation to us. He told his experience, he had migrated to Jakarta for 4 years but there was no change, because Pa Berry has a hobby of Traveling so when he worked in Jakarta he did not  can carry out these hobbies.  Finally Pa Berry decided to return to his hometown and as I said earlier, he saw his friend and was jealous.  But now he can be even better than his friend.
         Pa Berry said the world of tourism looks fun, but the world of tourism turned out to be cruel.  Therefore if you do something that you like, don't do it half-measures, do it wholeheartedly so that everything runs smoothly.  Pa Berry also provided as little motivation as I often heard from my father "If other people can, why can't I".  And he also made jealousy become a motivation.
        He told about the ijen crater which has blue fire which is active every day, he answered 10 questions from UPW students.  Pa Berry has found his future wife, Guys, and the candidate is a Dutchman.  Wow, his future wife was originally a tourist and Pa Berry was his guide.  His name is not going to match mate yes, and he said he would get married in the Netherlands.  Pa Berry is also currently departing for Europe because he actually went to Jakarta and became a guest lecture at UPW9 because he was spending his free time waiting for the flight to Europe.
